Lumii Studios provides Pilates reformers, related accessories, fitness equipment, digital content, and related wellness materials.

By using our website or purchasing from Lumii Studios, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, availability, features, colors, and specifications are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that all information on our website will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Product colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or natural material differences.

Lumii Studios reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order with Lumii Studios, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery upgrades, or additional fees.

Lumii Studios reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase with no cancellation fee.

After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as production, preparation, or fulfillment may have already begun.

Order changes, including address updates or product selection changes, may also be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping, changes may not be possible.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under our Return Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Lumii Studios currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international addresses.

Estimated preparation and delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may vary based on product type, inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, customer availability, or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lumii Studios is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional carrier fees, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible reformer orders may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Returned items must be approved by Lumii Studios, returned in good condition, and include all original parts.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Accessories, complimentary items, gifted items, promotional items, and items with heavy wear, misuse, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us through the contact page on our website within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

If approved, Lumii Studios may repair, replace, or provide the missing part at no additional cost.

Customers should inspect packages before signing the delivery waybill. If visible damage is present, note it with the delivery driver whenever possible.

8. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Lumii Studios products are intended for fitness, Pilates, movement, and general wellness use.

Use of the Lumii Studio Reformer, Lumii Studio Tower Reformer, and related accessories involves physical activity and carries inherent risks.

Before beginning any exercise, Pilates, fitness, or wellness program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, injured, recovering from illness, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether physical activity is safe for you.

By using our products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and physical activity.

Lumii Studios does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, aesthetic, weight loss, body transformation, rehabilitation, or wellness result.

9. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for using Lumii Studios products safely and only as intended.

You agree to:

  • Follow all provided safety instructions

  • Properly assemble, place, and use the equipment

  • Use the product on a stable, level surface

  • Inspect equipment before use

  • Stop using the product if it appears damaged, unstable, or unsafe

  • Keep children and pets supervised around the equipment

  • Avoid modifying, altering, or misusing the product

Lumii Studios is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, negligence, improper setup, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

10. Website Content

All content provided by Lumii Studios, including product descriptions, website copy, advertisements, emails, social media content, videos, photography, graphics, blog content, and digital materials, is provided for general informational purposes only.

While we aim to keep our website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
