At Lumii Studios, we are committed to delivering your reformer safely, securely, and with care.
Each Lumii reformer is prepared, quality-checked, and coordinated with oversized delivery in mind so your order arrives as smoothly as possible.
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International addresses faster than 1 week
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Lumii Studios reformer orders within the United States.
There are no additional duties, customs fees, or import charges required upon delivery for eligible U.S. orders.
Optional expedited shipping, special delivery services, or delivery upgrades may be available at checkout or through our support team when applicable. Any optional delivery upgrades selected by the customer are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Because each reformer is carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipment, processing times may vary depending on the model ordered, inventory availability, and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume shipping periods, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
All Lumii Studios reformer orders include tracked delivery service.
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your shipment is in transit.
If your tracking information has not updated right away, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.
Due to the size and weight of Pilates reformer equipment, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and move the shipment indoors if needed.
For oversized shipments, delivery may require additional coordination with the carrier.
Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the packaging for visible damage. If damage is present, note it with the delivery driver before accepting the shipment whenever possible. This helps us resolve any delivery issues faster.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us through the contact page on our website as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
Address changes may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping.
Lumii Studios is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a delivery appointment is missed, delayed, refused, or rescheduled by the customer, additional carrier fees may apply.
Any additional fees charged by the carrier due to missed appointments, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, storage, or rescheduling may be the responsibility of the customer.
If your reformer arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us through the contact page on our website within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the packaging and item
A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will repair, replace, or provide the missing part at no additional cost.
Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue is fully resolved.
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
